EQUIPMENT WARRANTY
Boswell Equipment ("Boswell" or "Seller") warrants to the Buyer of new Boswell products to be free from defects in material or workmanship. This warranty covers new products manufactured and furnished by Seller, and under normal, proper installation/use, and care and maintenance. Seller's obligation under this warranty is limited to a period of one (1) calendar year from the date of shipment and solely for the repair or replacement of defects in material or workmanship. Defects as a result of normal use (e.g. mechanical wear and tear) are excluded from this warranty. If the inspection and assessment reveals that the product is covered under this warranty, Seller will repair or replace defective parts or units at no charge to the Buyer.
This warranty is valid only in the United States and Canada.
WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS - The following are NOT covered under this warranty:

Any product which has not been used, maintained, or properly installed in accordance with instructions provided by Seller.

Seller is not liable for any product that has been - mishandled, modified/altered, misused/abused, misapplied, improperly installed, subject to harsh chemicals, or damaged in transit, by fire, flood or other acts of nature (or God), including the removal/alteration of the serial nameplate or service performed by unauthorized personnel/agency.

All problems due to operation at voltages other than specified on the equipment nameplates - conversion to correct voltage and phase are the Buyer's responsibility.

Use of any non-OEM parts.

Installation, labor and job checkouts.
